I am a passionate visual storyteller and editor based in Chicago, Illinois. I currently work on staff at USA Today and have previously worked as a photo and video journalist at the Portsmouth Herald, part of USA TODAY Network, the Chicago Tribune and The Hill.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I began taking pictures on 35 mm in high school and studied darkroom photography through all four years. When I’m not at work, I love spending time on a paddle board, listening to an audiobook, taking a road trip and making homemade pizza.
